The above hourly rates are quoted for all work conducted by the professional staff of Twin Analytical, Ltd., the range being based upon the degree of complexity and specialization of the project.
Depositions and preparation time will be charged at the above stated rates.
Travel Time to client locations, job sites, depositions and trials are charged at the above stated rates.
Twin Analytical will make a good faith effort to bill adverse or other parties for services such as depositions and travel, where appropriate. However, the client remains responsible for payment of all time and expenses associated with the project should other parties not make payment within 30 days.
Sub-contract and Testing
All charges for sub-contract engineering, technical services, test equipment or laboratory services will be billed at cost plus an administrative fee.
Other Project Expenses
Travel expenses are charged at cost plus an administrative fee. These expenses include air travel, hotel, ground transportation, meals, parking, etc.
Standard office functions are provided within the above hourly rates. Special project expenses are charged at cost plus an administrative fee. These expenses include materials; chemicals; equipment; special printing, binding and reproduction services; shipping charges; extra insurance, etc.
Clients will be charged a fee for materials / evidence which require storage beyond the standard 30 day period. Please note however, insurance for these stored materials / evidence is the client's responsibility.
Twin Analytical Ltd. shall retain full ownership of all rights in inventions, ideas, works of authorship, confidences, or other intellectual property that are developed by Twin Analytical, Ltd., its employees or subcontractors, whether or not such are related to, the result of, or the subject of the investigation or project.
